Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

At NestClip, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. In accordance with Facebook Platform rules and GDPR compliance, you have the right to request the deletion of your user data efficiently.

How to Delete Your Data

If you wish to remove your data from the NestClip platform, you can do so by following these steps:

Option 1: Self-Deletion via Settings

1. Log in to your NestClip Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.
4. Click on Delete Account and confirm your choice.

This action will permanently remove your account, projects, videos, and associated metadata immediately.

Option 2: Request via Support

You can also request data deletion by emailing our support team:

• Email: contact@nestclip.io
• Subject: Data Deletion Request

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 24-48 hours.

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you have authorized NestClip via Facebook Login, you can also remove the app from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites.
3. Find NestClip in the list.
4. Click Remove.
5. (Optional) Click "View Removed Apps and Websites" -> NestClip -> "Send Request" to trigger a data deletion callback.
