1. Log in to your NestClip dashboard at app.nestclip.io

2. Click the "New Project" button in the sidebar or projects page

3. Give your project a name and optional description

4. Start uploading videos and collaborating with your team!

1. Go to Team in your dashboard sidebar

2. Click "Invite Member"

3. Enter their email address and select their role (Editor, Admin, or Owner)

4. They'll receive an email invitation to join your workspace

Note: NestClip doesn't charge per-seat, so invite as many team members as you need!

Owner: Full access including billing, settings, and can delete the workspace.

Admin: Can manage team members, projects, and integrations. Cannot access billing.

Editor: Can access assigned projects, upload videos, and add comments. Cannot invite members or manage settings.

You can upload files up to 300GB each. Perfect for 4K, 6K, and even 8K RAW footage!

Our upload system uses chunked uploading, so even large files upload reliably without issues.

NestClip supports all common video formats including:

• MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM

• ProRes, H.264, H.265/HEVC

• Most professional codecs used in video production

1. Open the project containing the video

2. Click on the video you want to download

3. Click the Download button in the video player or context menu

The file will download in its original quality.

1. Go to Integrations in your dashboard

2. Click Connect next to YouTube

3. Sign in with your Google account and authorize NestClip

4. Select the channel you want to connect

Tip: Make sure custom thumbnails are enabled in your YouTube Studio settings for thumbnail uploads to work.

Yes! When publishing, you can choose to:

• Publish immediately - Goes live right away

• Schedule for later - Select a future date and time

You can view and manage all scheduled posts in the Calendar section.

Traditional tools charge $15-25 per user per month. A team of 5 editors can cost $75-125/month!

NestClip uses storage-based pricing instead:

• Creator: $39/month for 1TB storage

• Pro: $69/month for 1.5TB storage

• Business: $99/month for 2TB storage

• Add-on: +$29/month per additional 1TB

All plans include team members at no per-seat cost!

1. Go to Billing in your dashboard

2. Click Change Plan

3. Select your new plan

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express

• International cards are supported

We also support UPI payments for customers in India.

Try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection is stable

2. Make sure you have enough storage quota remaining

3. Try refreshing the page and uploading again

4. For very large files, ensure your browser tab stays active during upload

YouTube requires channel verification to upload custom thumbnails. To enable this:

1. Go to YouTube Studio

2. Click Settings → Channel → Feature eligibility

3. Enable Custom thumbnails (requires phone verification)

Once enabled, thumbnails uploaded through NestClip will appear on your videos.
