1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new NestClip subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
This applies to:
- Creator Plan ($39/month) – Full refund within 7 days
- Storage Addons ($29/TB/month) – Full refund within 7 days of adding
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

- Include your registered email address and reason for refund (optional)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be immediately cancelled
- You'll lose access to NestClip premium features
- Any uploaded files will be retained for 30 days, allowing you to download them
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
4. Subscription Renewals
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to:
- New subscriptions – Full guarantee
- First-time addon purchases – Full guarantee
Renewal payments (after your first billing cycle) are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your NestClip subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
6. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
7. Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive use of our service
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
